Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders of $99 or more. For orders under $99 we offer a flat rate shipping cost of $7.
At this time we only offer shipping to customers in the US, and only process shipments during our hours of operation which are M-F 8am-4pm Eastern.

Returns

Once an item is delivered to you, you can return that item within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

No returns on electrical components

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value. If your return is accepted, we will provide a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@parts4equipment.com. Please provide your order # , the item/s you are returning and reason for the return when contacting us.

Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled. You may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.
